From Directory of the Ancestral Heads of New England Families 1620-1700 by Holmes: HENRY, of the sixth generation from John Kyngesbury, came from Assington, County Suffolk, England, in Winthrop's fleet. He was one of the founders of Ipswich, Mass., 1638.
JOHN, brother of preceding, came to N.E. in Winthrop's fleet and was a resident of Dedham, Mass., 1637.
JOSEPH, brother of Henry and John, came to N.E. at the same time and became identified with Dedham, Mass., 1737.
